This Disclaimer explains the scope of information, imagery, and general guidance published on www.jinvun.com.
The website is operated by Urumqi Jinruipeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., trading as Jinvun.
This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Warranty Policy. It does not cancel or reduce the commitments made in those policies.
1. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, and specifications to help you make an informed purchase.
Features vary between products. Please check the individual listing for details such as dimensions, materials, finish, magnification, personalization options, and included accessories.
If information is unclear or appears inconsistent, please contact service@jinvun.com before ordering.
If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and explain the available resolution. We will not use this Disclaimer to justify supplying a materially different product or charging a higher price without your agreement.
2. Product Images and Lifestyle Illustrations
Product colors and reflective finishes may appear different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings.
Lifestyle images may include props, furnishings, packaging, or accessories that are not part of the purchase unless specifically listed as included.
Some editorial and lifestyle images may be digitally created or enhanced, including with AI-assisted tools, to illustrate a setting or styling idea. These images are not evidence of our premises, staff, manufacturing facilities, or a customer’s experience.
Please refer to the individual product listing for the item’s specifications and included contents. Images are not intended to override those details or excuse a significant difference between the product ordered and the product received.
3. Blog Articles and General Guidance
Our blog posts, styling suggestions, and care articles provide general information about selecting and using products.
They are not individual assessments of your circumstances and do not replace the instructions supplied with a specific product.
Where general editorial advice differs from the instructions for your particular model, follow the product-specific instructions. Contact us if you need clarification.
4. Home Fragrance and Wellbeing Statements
References to a relaxing atmosphere, a cozy setting, or an enjoyable fragrance describe a sensory or decorative experience. They are not promises of a medical or therapeutic result.
Our ceramic aroma burners are not presented as medical devices or treatments. Website content does not claim that they diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any illness.
Use fragrance materials only as directed by their manufacturer and in a way compatible with your burner. If a fragrance causes discomfort, stop using it.
5. Safe Product Use
Use each product for its intended purpose and follow the instructions supplied with it.
Mirrors and ceramic items can break if dropped or subjected to impact. Do not continue using an item with cracked glass, sharp edges, or structural damage.
For candle-heated aroma burners, follow the supplied safety instructions, use a suitable heat-resistant surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Allow the burner to cool before handling.
These precautions do not remove our responsibility for defective, unsafe, or incorrectly described products.
6. Customer Reviews
Customer reviews reflect the individual experiences and opinions of their authors. A review does not guarantee that every customer will have the same experience.
Reviews do not change the product specifications, included items, or written policies applicable to your purchase.
We do not present our own editorial copy or generated lifestyle scenes as verified customer testimonials.
7. External Links and Payment Services
Our website may link to external services, including PayPal and social media platforms.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Linking to a service does not mean that the provider endorses Jinvun.
Availability of features within PayPal, such as a particular funding method, is determined by PayPal. This does not remove our responsibility to assist with order-related payment or refund enquiries.
8. Website Availability
Technical maintenance, connection problems, or other interruptions may temporarily affect access to the website.
If an interruption affects your order or you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, please contact us before submitting a duplicate payment.
We will review the order and payment information available to us and help resolve the issue.
9. Your Order and After-Sales Rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or reduces our stated commitments, including:
- The 30-day return and exchange period described in our Refund and Return Policy.
- The 6-month limited quality warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
- Free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.
- Jinvun’s responsibility for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance fees associated with delivery.
Please review the relevant policies for their full scope and procedures:
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Personal Information
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
This Disclaimer does not provide separate consent for marketing or optional tracking and does not replace the privacy choices available to you.
11. Updates
We may update this Disclaimer as website content or services change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of the page.
Updates will not retrospectively reduce the rights or commitments applicable to an existing purchase.
